Forté Innovations addressed all our issues. They had a really good understanding of what was needed and provided a very complete, user-friendly software which we still use on a daily basis. It’s improved efficiency and visibility of transactions across all our business units – there’s no need to keep paper records, and when you’re trying to find a specific transaction, it takes a few seconds as opposed to searching through a filing cabinet. It’s saved us time and space. I can also keep track of key activities without having to be in the office.

These systems have been extremely well-received by NSS and continue to be used. They’re linked directly to GBoS’ datahub - improving access to sector statistics in anonymised form. This means that users only see the statistics, not any sensitive or confidential data. Now NSS members are able to improve the quality of the data they collect and leverage that information for better decision making and policy design. Forté Innovations took a leading role in implementation and have been a reliable partner with very little supervision from the project.

It was a critical element that was absent in our service delivery. Forté Innovations have delivered above our expectations. It’s next-to-none, modern cutting-edge technology. A lot of things that would have required driving a car, or trying to make a physical appearance, now within a click of a button you can do all that without talking to any GRA staff. It has given us a new platform to interact with the public – notices, new developments, reforms we are planning. This is a big win for GRA and it’s a huge value addition for us in terms of our work.

Forté Innovations’ excellent solution has allowed PURA to ensure all petroleum trucks operating in The Gambia are safe. We can now see the whole inspection process in realtime and verify the status of any tanker truck. We’ve seen that this software has increased transparency, and so, built more trust with our partners. In future, the police will be able to effectively monitor these vehicles. Last but not least - PURA senior management can leverage accurate data in the best interests of the sector when making licensing and strategy decisions.
